Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple, transparent, and fair, designed to protect both the traveler and our service partners.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the timeframe between the cancellation request and the scheduled travel date. All refund requests must be sent via email to Tasteofkashmirtourandtravel@gmail.com.

2. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI). Please note that bank processing times may vary.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where a part of the tour has already been utilized (e.g., partial stay at a hotel or part journey completed), only the unutilized portion of the services will be considered for a partial refund, subject to the vendor's policy.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items/services are non-refundable once booked:

  • Service charges and transaction fees (if any).
  • Special activities like Gondola tickets (if already issued).
  • Permit fees already paid to government authorities.
  • Last-minute hotel booking deposits during peak season.
