1. General Overview
By accessing and using the services of Taste of Kashmir Tour and Travel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our travel services.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the initial advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
- Advance payment (usually 25-50% of the total cost) is required for confirm booking.
- Final payment must be cleared before or upon arrival in Srinagar as per the agreed schedule.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change due to seasonal demands.
3. Liability & Responsibility
Taste of Kashmir Tour and Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. While we take every care to ensure your safety and comfort, we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property due to act of God, hazards of war, civil disturbances, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid identification documents (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) as required by various check-posts and hotels in Jammu & Kashmir.
5. Health & Safety
Kashmir has varied altitudes (like Gulmarg & Sonamarg). Travelers with heart conditions or respiratory issues are advised to consult a doctor before visiting high-altitude destinations.
